What are open houses?

Temple Open Houses are free, public events held before a new or renovated temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is dedicated, allowing anyone to tour the beautiful, sacred building and learn about its purpose.  Visitors of all ages are invited.

What about after dedications?

After the temple is formally dedicated, entrance is reserved for faithful members of the Church.
